Description
PTP-1100 is a highly-effective antiscalant especially formulated for feed water containing high concentrations of metal oxide, silicon, and slightly soluble salts that would form foulants on the membrane. Developed based on the typical product PTP-0100, PTP-1100 is of higher concentration. With a maximum of tenfold concentration, it could largely reduce the costs of transportation and storage.
Product features
1. Compatible with major RO membrane systems such as Dow Filmtec, Hydranautics, Fluid Systems, TORAY, GE
2. Effectively prevent inorganics from scaling even when these are present in high concentrations, and the maximum allowed value of LSI is 2.8 without the injection of acid
3. NOT react with iron and aluminum oxides and silicon compound to form insoluble polymers.
4. Effective in controlling iron, aluminum and heavy mental pollutants, and the maximum allowed concentration of iron in feed water can be up to 5 ppm
5. Efficacious for avoiding polymerization and precipitation of silicon, and the maximum allowed concentration of silicon dioxide in concentrated water can be up to 260 ppm
6. The most economical dosage that can reduce the operating costs by 20% compared to competitors products
7. Excellent solubility and stability
8. Apply to feed water with a wide range of PH value (4—10)
9. Great water compatibility that can apply to many kinds of water around the world

Instructions
The normal dosage range of PTP-1100 is 2—5ppm, but the specific dosage should be determined according to the scaling type given by our laboratory RO simulation system by analyzing our user’s water chemistry report. In the recommended dosage range, control of a wide range of foulants including that from calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, ferric hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and silicon is possible.
