Prefloc 150 is a highly-efficient liquid flocculant dosed before the multi-media filter. With the complex formula of organic polymers and inorganic salt, it can remove turbidity, chromaticity color and colloidal particles from the feed water and lower the SDI of the RO feed water.

Storage                                                

Prefloc 150 can preserve over a long term if kept in a cool, dry place. With excellent stability, its shelf life is 2 years.

Instructions                                            

Dosage:

It is strongly recommended that it be prepared using demineral water into aqueous solutions with a concentration of 3—5%.

When used alone, its dosage should be 1—5mg/L. When used with other coagulants such as aluminum salts and iron salts coagulant, its dosage should be 0.5—0.8mg/L. You can also use a beaker experiment to determine its optimum dosage.

Dosing spot:

It’s usually dosed directly by the metering pump or pumped out by the feed water pump to mix with the feed water before the multi-media filter.
