Diamite BFT is a safe and effective membrane cleaner which is used in RO system to remove a wide range of organic and inorganic membrane foulants such as silt, organics, particulates, colloids, etc. Being made in highly concentrated liquid, it is very user-friendly and easy to operate.

Cleaning Procedures                                            

1.Prepare RO system for cleaning.

2.Mix 40 gallons of water with 1 gallon of Diamite Cleaner for the cleaning solution. For heavily contaminated system, a minimum of 2-hour soak is strongly suggested.

3.Fill the cleaning tank with good quality water.

4.Re-circulate the cleaning solution for at least every 1 hour.

5.Rinse the system with water at low pressure for at least 30 minutes.

6.Discard product water for the first 15 minutes after start-up of the system.

With excellent stability, Diamite BFT can preserve over a long term. Its shelf life is 2 years.
